The Oshawa Folk Arts Council is celebrating its 41st annual Fiesta Week with fifteen pavilions across Oshawa. You’ll need a passport, available at any of the pavilions and then you’re in for a week of sampling European and Caribbean treats, as well as performances to showcase the participating pavilions.
